How Bon Gysr Got Started
In 2020, I was lugging yet another case of sparkling water home after a trip to the grocery store. Looking at our overflowing recycling bin, my husband Brian suggested we consider getting a SodaStream.
As an enthusiastic sparkling water addict, I was not interested. I didn't want to miss out on all the flavor options I loved to try, or the delicate nuance found in some of my favorite European mineral sparklers. I wanted variety.
After another month or two of cans and bottles and brimming recycling bins, I thought I'd try carbonating at home. Within a few weeks I was dabbling in home recipes and after over a year of serious tinkering, Bon Gysr was born and officially launched in 2023.

Hi there. My name is Brittany and I am the founder and owner of Bon Gysr! The cutie next to me is my husband, biggest cheerleader, and best friend, Brian. You might see him from time to time with me at an LA Farmers Market or two. :)
I started Bon Gysr because I wanted options for one of my favorite things (sparkling water) that did right by my body, my palate, and our planet.
When I'm not working, I love hosting friends for little dinner parties, traveling when I can, loving on Winnie (the best dog ever), and spending some time in the sun, camping, hiking, or on a beach.
